I finished my Amy Butler swing bag about a week ago and it's been in full service ever since. It was an easy pattern to follow - even though I lost the instructions. I've cut out fabric for another, it's just waiting for me to sew the pieces together. I'm pretty happy with the size of the bag. It's perfect for a larger purse or a mid-size knitting project bag (isn't that what it's all about?). The only downside is that there's no closure, so things fall out easily.
I think this is the first item I've sewn (other than quilts) since junior high home ec, but I could really get into this sewing thing.
